The price of all items in our shop is shown incl. VAT. Your shopping basket will show the total price, incl. VAT. The minimum total purchase price for free shipping and home delivery eligibility is SEK 500 incl. VAT. If the total purchase price is less than SEK 500, you will be charged SEK 65 (ex. VAT) for shipping in Sweden, SEK 99 (ex. VAT) for home delivery within Sweden, and SEK 99 (ex. VAT) within the EU.
We offer payment via the Klarna, PayPal, Stripe or Swish payment services to ensure a secure payment process.
We will send you an order confirmation by email as soon as we receive your order. Please check your order confirmation carefully. If you have any questions or would like to change your order, please contact us immediately.
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days and applies to all products, with the exception of tea and coffee. Tea and coffee are classified as food products and are consequently not covered by the right of withdrawal. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please let us know immediately, stating clearly and unambiguously that you wish to cancel your order. The withdrawal period starts on the day you receive the order. If the product you have ordered is a specially manufactured one, your withdrawal period starts on the day we provided the information. The withdrawal period does not apply if the service commenced, with your consent, during the withdrawal period and/or the nature of the product means that it cannot be returned. When exercising your right of withdrawal, you are obliged to maintain the product in the condition in which you received it. If the product is damaged or lost due to your negligence, you will lose your right of withdrawal. Tip! If you want to order a large quantity of tea or coffee, we recommend that you order a smaller quantity first.
You order will normally be dispatched within two to three days. During busy periods or peak seasons, the delivery time for some products may be slightly longer.
We send all our packages via Schenker and Best transport. If the package is damaged or lost during transport to you, Nordiska Kaffebolaget AB is liable for the loss, provided that you notify us within 14 days For home deliveries: If the customer (you) are not at home at the confirmed and specified delivery time, or are not contactable via phone to make a new arrangement, the delivery will be returned to the shipper’s central facility. Nordiska Kaffebolaget AB will then levy an extra shipping and administration charge of SEK 198 (incl. VAT) for the subsequent delivery.
Guarantee and service
Sibyllans/Nordiska Kaffebolaget guarantees that our tea and coffee products are fresh and that our other products are of the standard that can be expected (for an equivalent price). Our taste descriptions are personal and are formulated during an individual tasting session. Differences may always occur. There may be some differences between the pictures of our products that you see on your screen and the actual product you receive. If you are not satisfied with the product delivered, please contact us immediately.
Sibyllans/Nordiska Kaffebolaget naturally wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you regret your purchase or have discovered a defect, you have a 30 day right of exchange – not for tea or coffee. If you want to return your product, please send it to: Sibyllans/Nordiska Kaffebolaget, Sibyllegatan 35, SE-114 42 Stockholm, Sweden. Returns are made at your own expense, other than when the product is defective, or we have sent the wrong product. Returns shall be sent as a package, not COD. We will, of course, always pay the return cost of the replacement product.
Our refund liability
Nordiska Kaffebolaget AB will, if you have exercised your right of withdrawal, repay the amount you have paid for the product immediately, and no later than within 30 days of the date when we received the returned product. See also the Swedish Consumer Agency’s information on the Swedish Distance Contracts Act and E-commerce if you are a private individual. Companies are covered by the Swedish Sale of Goods Act.
